Marketlife Ministries began in its current form in 1998 when Brad Bird became executive director and the board of directors set a new course for the ministry. Brad lives in Columbia, SC with his wife, Melissa, and their four daughters, Caroline, Karis, Elizabeth, and Anna-Bradley.
Brad Bird received his Masters in Divinity from Columbia International University, and has been involved in several types of ministry, including youth ministry, Precepts Ministries and teaching pastor with a few Columbia based Churches.
Brad has a passion to see people confronted with the truth of the Gospel and equipped to walk in obedience to the Scriptures. He is seeking to accomplish this calling through Marketlife by taking the Gospel into the marketplace, much like the Apostles in the book of Acts. Brad travels weekly in both North and South Carolina teaching in different venues with the purpose of “….reviving the saints through the power of the Word.”(Psalm 119:25).
Over the past several years, Marketlife Bible studies have reached believers and non-believers in Columbia, Florence, and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and also Charlotte, North Carolina.
Current studies are held for both men’s Bible studies and women’s Bible studies in Myrtle Beach, Florence and Columbia, SC. You can find the locations and meeting times for these studies on our Events page.
